Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

When you purchase a program at Baselang Medellín, you are purchasing access to instruction for the duration and plan you select (e.g., 30-day, weekly).

Your payment is collected at the time of purchase. If you purchase multiple months in advance, each period is governed by the cancellation terms below.


Cancellation & Refunds

  • If you cancel more than one week before your program start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 USD administrative fee ($200 USD for Bootcamp).

  • If you cancel less than one week before your program start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Once your program has started, no refunds will be issued.

 

Automatic subscription renewals are not currently active. This policy will be updated when that feature is introduced.
