Refund Policy
At Baselang Medellín, we want you to feel confident when enrolling in one of our programs or purchasing from our store. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Program Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel more than one week before your program start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 USD administrative fee ($200 USD for Bootcamp).
If you cancel less than one week before your program start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
Once your program has started, no refunds will be issued.
All refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been approved.
How to Request a Program Cancellation
To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us at medellin@baselang.com with your order confirmation and program start date. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please reach out to us at the same address.
Physical Products
We offer a 30-day return policy on physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at medellin@baselang.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at medellin@baselang.com.
